| Q. | How long does it take to complete my project? |

There is no real cut and dry answer to this question. When we start your project we make it a priority to finish the project as soon as possible. There will somebody working on your project everyday Monday thru Friday until the project is completed. Some contractors will promise drop dead completion dates, however are they willing to compensate you if they do not meet these deadlines. We always hold quality and customer satisfaction above schedule.

| Q. | Who is responsible for the building permit? |

If you are working with a licensed contractor it is their responsibility to provide all permits. Never agree to furnish your own building permit for you are liable and the contractor is not.

| Q. | Can I do some of the work? |
| A. |
When you work with us, you are the boss. We allow our customers to get involved with some of the work such as, cleaning, painting, low voltage wiring, light carpentry etc.We do insist however you leave the heavy construction and licensed work to us.

| Q. | How do you work payments? |
| A. |
Depending on the size and cost of the project we usually break it down into fourths. First payment required at start of project and other payments as project develops with the final payment at completion of project upon customer satisfaction. We never require any payment until work has started.

| Q. | What if I’m not satisfied with the work? |

We will always do our best to insure the work is done correctly and to your satisfaction. We also back up all our work with a warranty and don’t require payment until you are satisfied

| Q. | What if my budget won’t allow me to complete the project? |
| A. |
We are very flexible with completing as much of the project that you can afford and finding a good stopping point. We will always revisit your project as your budget allows.
